Q. How do reservations work?

When you get a booking request for a future date, you have to accept it within 24 hours. Otherwise, you have to give an alternative date and time to the guests.

Once you approve the booking(s), we will send you the guest details. If you're holding an online event, then the particulars, which guests have filled out in the signup form, will be sent to you.
